May 2010	COMMERCE SECRETARY GARY LOCKE HONORS U.S. COMPANIES WITH HIGHEST PRESIDENTIAL AWARD FOR EXPORTS WASHINGTON – U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke today presented 22 companies and organizations with the 2010 Presidential “E” Award and “E” Star Award for outstanding contributions to growing U.S. exports, strengthening the economy and creating American jobs. The Presidential “E” Awards are the highest U.S. government honor for increasing exports. These are the first “E” and “E” Star Awards given out since President Obama announced the National Export Initiative, which aims to double American exports and support 2 million U.S. jobs by 2015. “Today we honor companies that are selling high-quality products and services in every corner of the world, and most importantly, helping to create good jobs for American workers,” Locke said. “This administration is focused on helping American businesses, like the ones honored today, take advantage of the worldwide economic recovery and sell more abroad.” The Presidential “E” Award was created by President John F. Kennedy in 1961 to recognize persons, firms or organizations that contribute significantly to increasing U.S. exports. The “E Star” Award, meanwhile, recognizes continued superior performance in increasing or promoting exports. The Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, which seeks to improve the global business environment and help U.S. firms to compete and win both at home and abroad, manages the award program that has recognized more than 2,500 firms since its inception. April 2007	Libya Office CECA Supply & Services Inc. are delighted to announce the further expansion of our international business with the addition of new operational facilities in Tripoli, Libya. Along with our partners AGS (UK), our new joint venture operations will run through our affiliate company African Gulf Oil Services Company, headquartered in Tripoli. AGS have over 25 years experience in the Libyan market, and their excellent reputation and understanding of the country coupled with the support of CECA and our principals will allow us to offer the same levels of responsive service and quality support which both clients and principals have come to expect. ---------------------------------------------------
December 2006	Tripoli Oil Show CECA Supply & Services were an excited participant in the recent "Energy Libya" US Oil & Gas Show which took place at the Tripoli Fairground from December 4th thru 7th 2006. The show offered an interesting insight into the newly opening markets for US companies in Libya, and provides evidence of CECA's commitment to expansion of our international operations.
